Episode Notes

Thanks for listening to another episode of the Southern Ground Hunting Podcast. Episode 40 was a great conversation with Alabama public land hunter, Seth Minter. Seth is an Alabama transplant, originally from West Texas. The hunting culture is incredibly different in Texas, and Seth admits that it was a culture shock. Perhaps even more difficult was the transition to hunting solely on public land. In this episode, Parker and Seth discuss what led him to make the swap to public and some of the key factors that led him to be more successful each year.

January of 2019 was one of those months that hunters dream about for Seth. In this podcast, Seth tells us the crazy events that led him to taking not just one, but two solid Alabama public land giant bucks on back to back weekends. This story proves that sometimes unfortunate events can lead to more success than we could imagine. Plus, it makes the story better. Thanks again for listening! Enjoy!
