On this episode of the Land & Legacy, the guys chat with Greg Glesinger about 200 inch bucks and habitat management.
Passionate, obsessive, determined, and skilled are a few words to describe Greg Glesinger a Drury Outdoors Team member. Greg began hunting in Nebraska chasing ducks and upland birds as a young man. This introduction to the outdoors then lead to bowhunting and now harvesting two 200+ inch deer in back to back years.
Years ago, Greg understood the importance of land management in producing top end deer each year. Deer are only as good as their environment. Since then, he has been studying and working yearly to make improvements to the farm in Southern Iowa. Greg's quest and fascination with monster whitetails has driven him to continue seeking advice.
A few years ago, we connected with Greg professionally to continue his pursuit of total land management. Since the farm has undergone a facelift as the management plan has been put into action. Not only are the whitetail benefiting from the enhanced habitat, but the quail and pheasants are as well. The direction this farm is headed is encouraging, its producing top-notch habitat and record-setting bucks. Enjoy.Learn.Share! #ForLoveoftheLand
