On this episode of the Land & Legacy Hunting Strategy podcast, Adam and Matt discuss the ins and outs of their favorite tree stand locations.
Every property has the treestand called, "The Tree". This location is faithful in producing consistent deer movements. Year in and year out despite changes in acorn production, weather, or any other factors, this stand site produces! Today, we share with you one of our favorite stand sites on the Praire Hollow Property.
A recent hunt with Stratton Seed's Keith Hammer, further proved the effectiveness of this site in producing great deer movement. Even though we had a missed opportunity with an injured buck, the deer worked into range perfectly. The wind operated and cooperated all morning long as did the deer. Every deer we saw worked into range and passed by the stand at 15 yards.
This type of consistency is important to talk about! We break down why and how the deer have been doing this and a few minor tweaks to make it even better. We believe in making a good spot great, listen to find out how and why! Enjoy.Learn.Share! #ForLoveoftheLand
